When will my “available now” items ship?

Items that say “available now” will ship within two days of placing your order. Everything is shipping from a US-based warehouse. If you're located within the US, you'll get your merch via ground shipping in about 3-4 days. For customers outside the US, your order will arrive in 7-10 days.

When will my “preorder” items ship?

Each pre-order item lists an estimated shipping time frame on its product page. That's when it’s expected to leave the warehouse. After it ships, the delivery times above apply. 

I placed an order with both “available now” and “preorder” items. Will they ship together?

Not always. Items that are “available now” will ship right away. Preorder items ship separately as soon as they’re ready.

Will these items be restocked?

These items are limited edition, but this pop-up shop is just the beginning. Think of it as a first taste of the merch we plan to offer over the next few quarters. We’ll share more about our new collections in the coming months. 

How is this different from the main GitLab swag shop?

You'll still find our GitLab-branded products on our main swag shop. This pop-up is a separate shop made just for Transcend, so it has its own products, warehousing, and checkout.
